Daria is a trauma informed somatic teacher and guide, embodiment doula, womb healer, artist, oracle and shame-slayer, devoted to the path of the feminine.
She guides and supports people on their journey of awakening to and remembering their true nature, and in unhooking from old stories of unworthiness and shame.
Some of her most influential mentors and teachers, past and present, are nina be, Adrianna Rizzolo, Kat Hoosolee, Erin Rose Vaughn
Here’s how a session might look:

We gather online and begin with a ‘somatic check in’, noticing our body’s sensations and emotions in that moment.
Then we practice resourcing ourselves with something beautiful and begin moving through our space, showing our body that we are safe.
The movement builds as we spiral and shake, opening our bodies to receive and release.

We then drop into a meditation for connecting with our younger self who experienced their period for the first time.
We journal about our experience and then share with the group, either in the chat or coming off mute and speaking.

Next, we hold our womb space with loving hands and self-touch, allowing space for softening and listening for our body’s messages.
We finish with yoga poses that support pelvic and womb health, as well as our meridians, our body’s energetic channels.

My approach to healing is to expect nothing but be open to miracles! Part of the lesson is that we learn to get curious about the messages this pain is trying to communicate with us.
This works is also VERY supportive of all kinds of pelvic issues that modern humans experience. You will get practical tools to support yourself whatever you’re experiencing.
